Baby bodyweight workout
Just enough to get the blood pumping. I couldn't resist.
Here's the deal:
Pushups - 2 X 25
Planks - Unilateral (one leg in air, one on the ground), 60 s each leg, then 60 s normal (3 minutes total)
Prisoner squats - 60 s
Triceps dips - 60 s
Wall sit - 60 s
That ought to hold me over until my
easy
swim tomorrow.
